The new Sarah Bush Lincoln Toledo Clinic is set to open Jan. 18 at 104 Courthouse Square in Toledo. The phone and fax numbers remain the same.
Construction on the building began in May and features 5,500 square feet, a brick exterior with a canopied drive-up entrance, six exam rooms, space for two medical providers, and X-ray and Laboratory services.

The architect was Utz and Associates of Effingham and the general contractor was Wohltman Construction.
An open house is planned for noon to 3 pm, Sunday, Feb. 21.
Sarah Bush Lincoln purchased three lots on the northwest corner of the square last year in preparation of the new construction, as the current facility no longer met the needs of the staff and patients. Sarah Bush Lincoln purchased the current building from Family Practitioner Lowell Massie, MD, in the early 1990s and renovated the building in 1995. The clinic has been in the same location for 70 years.
The current building is being donated for community use.
