Sports physicals for middle school and high school-aged athletes from Charleston/ Mattoon schools are available at Sarah Bush Lincoln Orthopedics & Sports Medicine.
The sports physicals will be held at Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, Prairie Pavilion 2, 1004 Health Center Dr., Suite 100, on Wednesday, June 11, for athletes from Charleston; and on Wednesday, July 16, for athletes from Mattoon. Registration for each clinic begins at 5:30 pm and closes at 7 pm. Physicals will begin at 6 pm. The cost is $20 per physical and all fees will be donated to the participating school’s athletic booster clubs. No appointment is necessary.
Immunizations will not be given at either clinic. Cash or check only will be accepted. Insurance or Illinois Health Connect will not be billed, nor will insurance co-pays be collected. For more information, call Tom Beals, clinic director, at 238-3756.
